We welcome all comments on how to improve the service that we provide. Please complete the Friends & Family Test (Click Here) which should only take a minute to complete and helps the practice make improvements to patient care at Park View Medical Centre.

If you feel that you have a grievance, please ask our reception team about our complaints procedure or email gmicb-mh.p84645.manager@nhs.net. We aim to deal with any grievance sensitively and rapidly to resolve any problems, and to make any appropriate changes to our services that arise. In all circumstances we find it most productive when people raise any concerns directly with us.
