When you request a telephone appointment at reception you will be given an approximate time that the Doctor or Nurse will return your call on the number you provide at the time of booking. If you miss the call it may not always be possible for the Doctor to call again and you may need to rebook.

If you wish to speak with Dr Caplan you may be asked to call back after surgery has finished or the reception staff will take your contact number and Dr Caplan will return your call when practical to do so.

Test Results

Please phone after 11.30 am for test results,Blood results are generally available 5 days after you have had them taken but X- Rays, ECG's,Scans etc may take 2-3 weeks to arrive at surgery.

Please note that due to patient confidentiality test results can only be given to the patient.

Currently we do not accept correspondence by email. When we are ready to do so we shall use this page to advise you of the email addresses that you may use.
